Property Consultant

    The ideal candidate for this position loves to help people. You must be self-motivated, reliable, coachable and committed to your own success. We are looking for those rare individuals who can focus on goals, persist in difficult times and who can step out of their comfort zone when necessary. You must be able to think outside the box. We are not hiring fast talking slick sales people who can sell ocean front property in Oklahoma. We want people who have an outgoing personality and a natural instinct to help people without an eye on their wallet. You must have a thirst for knowledge and be anxious to take advantage of our proven accelerated training program. You must commit 6 to 10 hours a week at a minimum to your business.

    Team LLC consults with property owners to help them obtain the maximum settlement from their insurance company for covered damage. We do not sell insurance. Our job is to serve as an advocate for the policyholder. We have a current need to hire for the Kentucky and Tennessee regional areas.

    Your job will be to meet with property owners, perform an initial inspection of the property, fill out some simple company paperwork and take pictures to document the damage. You will also review the insurance policy, explaining to the property owner what is and isn't covered by the policy. This should take about an hour and you will be paid 30% commissions on fulfilled claims.

    A reliable vehicle, cell phone and internet access is required.

    Training provided. Each property consultant is given a territory.
