Project Coordinator

This is a great opportunity for the right person. Project Coordinator will be responsible for: planning ahead, assisting the crew as needed to maximize production, contacting clients, keeping track of crew time. Material verification and in some cases returns and pick ups to assist our crews. Material procurement, coordinating delivery/pickup.

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for making jobsite visits daily and communicate with on site contact. Must have open and positive communications with crew leader(s).

Must be self motivated and possess follow through and follow up. Ability to think things through and communicate well with clients, office staff and crews. Must be able to complete projects on time or early through time management. People Friendly, Detailed & Organized, Respectful.

Key Responsibilities

Jobsite’s must be clean, organized and stocked with the correct material.
Make sure jobsite tools/materials are accounted for, protected, and covered.
Make a list of items needed for the following day and coordinate getting them there.
When making purchases, identify which job each item is for.
Download camera memory cards onto computer and categorize by project.
Bring unneeded material back to the warehouse or return to the vendor.
Be able to keep track of paperwork for each project without mixing things up.
Track building numbers, address & unit number for work on condos/apartments.

Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
A reliable vehicle with capability to carry materials, cell phone and internet access is required.
